Idea and briefing

You describe the product, the target market and the price window. We assess what is technically feasible and what food law permits. If an idea does not work in this form, we say so before costs arise.

Recipe

Our laboratory formulates. Taste, texture, colour and shelf life are adjusted until the product not only tastes right but can also be produced in series. Every recipe stays documented.

Sampling

You receive real samples from the pilot plant, not just a data sheet. Only on the product itself can you judge whether concept and taste fit together. Correction loops are planned in.

Testing and release

Sensory analysis and analytics are tested, the labelling is drawn up and held against the law of the target market. Only when everything is documented does an article go into series production.

Production and market

Manufacturing takes place on lines in which Mahan Foods has invested, in an audited factory. Presentation and label are created in the same house as the recipe, and we prepare the article for its target market.
